The temperature profile question type enables you to monitor your temperature readings over a set period and receive notifications if they exceed the designated limits. 

With this feature, you can stay ahead of any potential risks and take proactive measures to monitor Hot-Holding and Cooling methods with ease. A temperature graph is a valuable tool that allows you to compare expected versus actual values, giving you a quick and comprehensive summary of your data.

Setting up the Hub & Sensors

To start, you'll need to set up the Hub. 

1. Find a place by your internet router that's free of obstructions
2. Screw on RF aerial to your Hub and the sensor aerials to your Sensors 
3. Connect the power supply to your Hub and turn the Hub on. This makes the power light go Red 
4. Take out the LAN cable. Connect this to the Hub (in the LAN port) and your Internet Router. This should make the net light flash green every few seconds. The RF light will flash blue only when the sensors send data every few minutes.

Store your sensors in a clean and easy-to-access place. Once your form is set up, you will choose the sensor within the Form. 

Cooling Profile Form

You can add the  Cooling Profile Form to your account when purchasing these sensors. This gives you the ability to customize your cooling process to your specific requirements. The form allows you to select the relevant food item and your desired cooling parameters. 

The system continuously monitors the temperature and can notify you if it goes out of bounds, ensuring that your food items are cooled efficiently and effectively, maintaining their quality and safety.

To do this:

1. Log in to the Admin Console (Computer Login) 
2. Go to the Form Tabs
3. Search for the Cooling Profile Form
4. Click on the Cooling Profile question
5. Add or Adjust the parameters like - cooling time & desired temperature limits
6. Save

You may also want to update the schedule of this form depending on your Cooling Foods frequency (e.g. Daily or Weekly). 

To Complete this form on the App

1. Log in to the Mobile / Tablet App
2. Click on the Green Plus Button
3. Search for the Cooling Profile Form
4. Select the Form
5. Click on the Cooling Profile Question
6. Select the Food Item
7. Select the Sensor
8. Click on the Green Tick to start recording the food item
9. Fill rest of the form
10. Save

Creating a Custom Form

1. Log in to the Admin Console (Computer Login) 
2. Create a new Custom Form or Edit an existing one 
3. Add a New Question
4. Select the Answer type 'Temperature Profile' 
5. Save the Form. 

Using the Temperature Profile

1. Open the Mobile App. 
2. Open the Form you just edited or created. 
3. Go to the Temperature Profile question 
4. Select the Food Item you are checking
5. Select the relevant sensor you are using
6. The App will compare the temperature reading to the current temperature profile over your selected time period and automatically save the answer 
7. Save the Form

Temperature Reporting

1. Log in to the Admin Console (Computer Login) 
2. Head to the Report tab 
3. Click on the Completed form’s tab.
4. Filter by Form name or by Form category.
5. Click on the form and now you will be able to view the graph and table for the temperature profile.
